Kentia Palms are the perfect tropical, yet elegant plant for any Florida home!

Danielle decided to place a Kentia on either end of her TV, adding a fresh flare to her family room.

These palms thrive in medium lighting, so they do not require as much sun as some of our other palms, so they will thrive in this space.

Danielle went with the 10″ grow pots for her Kentias, a great size for this space, not to mention they will continue to grow! She also picked two Pheonix Cylinder Planters in the color black.

We love the look and we cannot wait to keep up with the Kentias!

Liudas was thrilled to receive his Areca Palm on Monday (one day early)!

His brand new Butterfly Palm is going add so much beauty to his Hollywood home.

Liudas chose the 14″ palm, our biggest size. He also got a soil sleuth to take the best care of his Butterfly Palm, considering these guys are heavy drinkers.

We are loving the big windows in Liudas’ place, perfect for this palm that loves bright light!

Liudas also sent us a note with his picture, “Areca arrived today (Monday) – one day early!  Thank you again for shipping it out quickly. I’m happy the plant had to spend one day less in the box and it arrived in great shape.”

 

Alexandria, Virginia just gained a Bamboo Palm!

Kyle and his pups are loving their new palm. Kyle got his Bamboo baby in February and they have been flourishing ever since.

He is so surprised with how big his Bamboo is, but he’s not complaining! He said,

“The palm is doing very well! We had to move it further from the intended window, but it still gets sunlight. And I put it in direct sunlight when I can to give it an extra boost. I’m surprised at how tall it is. I thought I might’ve received the 12″ grow pot on accident, but it measured at 10″.. It’s just a tall plant, which I’m very happy with! Thank you again for all your help!”

A Parlor Palm made its journey to California.

Parlor Palms, also known as Neanthe Bella Palms are smaller in stature and unlike many palms, prefer lower-lighting.

Melanie, the proud plant parent is a professional, so she placed the palm near a south-facing window for the best lighting!

Her Parlor Palm is set up around other greens and we cannot wait to watch it grow.

We love watching our PLANTZ grow! So, we were thrilled to receive an update from Robin!

Robin ordered her Bamboo Palm on April 6, 2020 and a year later, her palm has made such progress.

The tropical tree was delivered in Michigan as a 10″ Bamboo Palm, but the Great Lake State has been great to her greens!

Robin shared, “It’s been almost a year since my bamboo palm arrived and I’m enjoying it every day. It has consistently produced new growth from bottom to top and has easily gotten 12 inches taller, at least!”

A beautiful White Bird of Paradise landed in Fort Lauderdale recently!

Lenora is a long-term plant parent and she cannot wait to get another White Bird in the future.

The White Bird of Paradise is one of our favorite tropical trees, and they need lots of light! Luckily Lenora’s space looks perfect for this taste of paradise.

Lenora chose a 10″ grow pot, but she looks forward to parenting even bigger plant babies!

A Snake Plant and a Bamboo Palm made it to their forever home in South Florida.

Valentina was thrilled when she saw her plant picks, noting, “the plants are so beautiful!”

She did an amazing job potting her greens in their planters with our Fiberex American Moss packed into the tops for a perfect finish!

Valentina chose the 10″ grow pots for both her Bamboo Palm and her Snake Plant.

We cannot wait to watch these PLANTZ thrive, and we know they will because she also ordered Dyna-Gro Nutritients and a sub-irrigation system! 

A 10″ Areca Palm just arrived in the Empire State!

Hannah already adores her Areca and purposely placed the new palm in direct filtered light provided by her fabulous floor-to-ceiling windows!

The Areca, also known as the Butterfly Palm, does best in brighter conditions, so we know this palm tree will thrive in this well-lit office.

Hannah decided to put a plant in her office since she spends a lot of time there. Luckily, she made the perfect pick because Areca Palms are also known for their air-purifying properties. Air purifying plants can improve concentration and creativity, perfect for a work environment.

 

PLANTZ recently delivered two Areca Palms to Burbank, California!

Valentina chose two 10″ Arecas to perfect her space, and the symmetry is on point.

Speaking of symmetry, Areca’s are also known as Butterfly Palms for their beautiful arching fronds. They do best in bright filtered light, but we will let this pretty patio slide just once.

Valentina is a Plantz veteran, these palms are the newest additions to her plant party.

She shared a photo of her palms with our care expert, Sue, with the caption,

“Sending you a picture of our new Areca Palms 🙂 They are beautiful!  We love them!! It’s always a pleasure writing and hearing back from you!”

 

A Fiddle Leaf Fig just landed on Sam and Josh’s doorstep in Great Neck, New York!

The pair chose the stunning standard tree form Ficus in our 10″ grow pot.

Sam and Josh did a fabulous job finding the perfect spot for their Fiddle Leaf Fig- right in front of the window, where it belongs.

We get the feeling that Sam and/or Josh are plant experts, considering they knew to get this baby a soil sleuth for ideal watering.

They even finished her look with moss and a great planter!

We cannot wait to see how much growth this little Fiddle will produce!

Serena just had her Fiddle Leaf Fig delivered to Miami, Florida.

As we know, the Ficus does best in bright light- so Serena’s Fiddle is going to thrive in South Florida!

Also known as the ‘it’ plant, the Ficus lyrata is on interior design inspo boards around the world. With the right planter and presentation, the Fiddle Leaf Fig takes any interior from a 0-100, real quick.

Serena placed her 3-4′ Standard Fiddle Leaf Fig Tree in a modern planter and accessorized it with our Fiberex American Moss!

Well done, Serena! We cannot wait to watch your Fiddle grow in front of all that natural filtered light.

A new Aglaonema just arrived in Atlanta!

Emiko has done a wonderful job getting their Aglaonema Mary Ann acclimated to its forever home! Emiko chose the Mary Ann 2.5-3.5′ in a 14″ grow pot.

The low maintenance Aglaonema can survive in low and medium light but tends to have more distinct patterns when they get some natural filtered light, like a window!

Emiko has a natural green thumb so they set this baby up in front of the bedroom window, and it is already growing!!

“My new Aglaonema Mary Ann is doing great in my bedroom. I started to see some new leaves growing. It is near the East facing window and getting morning sun.”

Emiko is off to a great start, we can’t wait for an Aglaonema update soon!
